We take great pride in carrying high quality items and feel confident you will be very satisfied with your order; however, we want to assure you that you can return anything (except personalized and/or edible items) for any reason or no reason. Here at Party Favor Mall your satisfaction is our top priority.

If you do have to return an item, please feel free to send an email to or call us toll free at 1-800-675-0319 to speak with one of our customer service representatives that will be more than happy to help within 30 days of the date you placed your order for approval on a return. You must have a return approval confirmation number from customer service in order to be refunded your money. We will accept approved returns within 30 days of placing your order as long as the items have not been used and are in the original packaging.
